BIO/PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy is that fitness is the beginning of everything that most people want out of life: health, vitality, beauty, strength, confidence and self-respect. My programs are based on strength conditioning, aerobic training, nutrition and supplementation. I value your investment in your workout and time in the gym and ensure you get the most out of it. When you begin your fitness journey with me, you can be certain I will research and design the perfect program necessary to accomplish your individual goals. When I'm not in the gym, I enjoy being outside, hiking, swimming or throwing a football with my two sons!
