This program is designed to do Monday-Saturday with Sundays being rest days. Each workout should only take up to 20 minutes each day to complete (depending on your strength level). Be sure to rest if needed. When you complete the daily challenge, you've earned your wings for that daily workout! Be sure to check the "wings earned" box for self-motivation.
